Biddeford's Palace Diner has been in operation since 1927, making it Maine's oldest diner (and one of just two Pollard cars remaining in America). Greg Mitchell and Chad Conley are its sixth proprietors, and bring a wealth of experience from kitchens in New York City and Portland, Maine. Their shared passion for quality food and simple, delicious cooking has made them perfectly suited to continue doing what Palace has done for almost 90 years: serving up great meals in a diner that's warm, fun and welcoming to all.
