Ingredients:
3 cage free eggs
2 red small to med bell peppers
1 pound organic red potatoes
1/8 teaspoon Flavorgod Pink S+P
1 teaspoon Flavorgod Garlic Lover's
3 strips uncured apple smoked bacon, cooked and chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven 425F.

Slice the bell peppers in half and the cut stems. Remove the white inner flesh and seeds with a sharp knife.

Heat a saucepan on medium heat and coat with non-stick coconut oil cooking spray. Let the pan heat up before adding the potatoes. Season with Flavorgod Pink S+P. -
Cook the potatoes until brown and tender. -
Place the bell peppers facing up in a 10 inch skillet. Add the potatoes into the skillet. Top with bacon and Flavorgod Garlic Lover's. Gently add one egg to the middle of each bell pepper.

Bake skillet for 20 minutes or until desired doneness of eggs.
