?EMBRACE THE NEGATIVE SPACE ? Today I read the @blinkist blinks from the book "The Upside of Your Darkside" by Todd Kashdan & Robert Biswas-Diener. I think I'm going to have to buy this book to go deeper, it had so many a-ha moments for me that really explained why people are the way they are to me. It definitely debunked a lot of thoughts I've had about happiness, as someone who has suffered severe depression I've gone out of my way to try and be positive as much as possible, this book showed me that's not necessarily always the best advice. #sturgillustration #inktober #depession #negativity #positivevibes #negativespace #negative
