Body weight circuits with my girl @アリアニー・セレステ . TAG your workout partner! One of the most effective ways to lean out: body circuits!
Did 3 rounds of each circuit for a total body workout:
1) single leg glute raises x 15 reps each side
2) alternating sit-throughs for 30 seconds
3) bunny hops on bosu balls for 30 seconds
4) box jumps for 30 seconds
5) battle ropes for 30 seconds
