Just had an awesome hang and jam session with @ellevanmusic where we both talked about coming off of a busy wonderful summer and slipping into that fall-time slump and our limiting belief habits. I've been feeling sluggish and reclusive over the past couple weeks and the longer I live in that space the easier it becomes to keep feeding that and then that becomes my self made world. Right now I'm feeling so energized after a night of working and writing and creating and looking back on my summer the best times were also when I was actively creating (even making a meal). Documenting this moment so I can keep reminding myself that it just comes down to choice: stay stagnant or keep creating ?
