You know I finally couldn't bear my not long-not short fringe and cut it myself. ???? I was in KK and couldn't find a pair of scissors so I cut it using the tiny scissors that people use to trim eyebrow or nose hair. ??? I was almost late and then I look at my hair and it doesn't look good. Then my level of desperation rises to Level 99 and I just had to do it.
