Eddie Bauer climber @katiebirdlamber's takeover continues:
2010 was the first time I visited #Ceuse, a limestone crag situated in the Haute-Alps region of #France and could arguably be one of the best cliffs in the world. Many of the lines are reputed as being bold, runout and quite hard having been established by such greats as Patrick Edlinger. In #Rocktober 2012 I returned to Ceuse with a fire and ambition that could only be tamed by trying my hand at the numerous routes on my tick list. After a few weeks getting accustomed to the style of the crag I gave one of the more famous and stout for it’s grade routes, #BlockageViolent, a good onsight. The feeling of those holds biting into skin and the way my body flowed through each sequence without falter is an experience that I remember quite vividly to this day.
