Des cascades d’eau s’écoulent depuis les étages supérieurs d’une maison partiellement détruite par le passage de l’ouragan Matthew à Baracoa, le 5 octobre. L’ouragan a traversé la pointe est, peu peuplée, de Cuba pendant la nuit, détruisant des dizaines de maisons à Baracoa, et laissant des centaines d’autres endommagées.
