Aqua jogging followed by some careful 100s to get my hamstring going and my rehab exercises on the synthetic track straight!! (Looove being on the track. We don't have a proper 400m track in Christchurch but hopefully will by next year. Currently we make do training on the grass tracks while in chch.) Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday! Yaaay for nice weather here in CHCH!!
