So gutted to have pulled my hamstring on Monday and have had to pull out of national road relay in Rotorua this weekend. But grateful it is only minor and hopefully can start running again quite soon. Keeping fit on the bike, and in the gym and pool in the mean time!! All the best to the University of Canterbury club and everyone else racing this weekend!
