TAG a friend for some motivation ?? This is me - 2 years apart. In photo 1 I'm drunk on stage dancing at a beach party where fitness & health were not a priority in my life. In the second photo I'm about 2 years into heavy weightlifting & eating healthy portioned out meals 80% of the time. You have the power to mold & shape both your body & lifestyle for the better. It's never too late to start! I now focus more on health, inspiring others & my career over chasing a random party.
