Excuse me while I struggle to choose which pictures to share, and how much to say or not say. I've considered myself a professional photographer for about as long as I've been attending Burning Man. I am a participant out there, and my camera is how I absorb my surroundings. It always has been. You've all seen enough images of that feathered headdress in the open playa, or the Man rising from the dust with bikes riding by. I don't photograph to necessarily share later, I photograph what I love, or feel, or something that seems special enough for me to hold onto for longer.
