Like @nbcninjawarrior, life also throws obstacles your way. Obstacles are minor set backs that tend to come right before a major breakthrough. I can remember sitting in bed feeling so sick the night before my run, trying to convince myself that I wasn't sick, and that I could still compete. Even though I wasn't feeling my best I got out there and tried my hardest. Remember always to face your obstacles in life head on! This was just a minor set back for me, you can't control these things sometimes, but it's NOT going to stop me from continuing to work hard!
