Egypt on Saturday sealed a comprehensive 66-33 Semi-Final win over Mozambique to reach the 2016 #FIBAU18Africa Women's Championship Final in which they will take on reigning champions Mali on Sunday. While Egypt will be playing in the title game for the third time in a row, Mali - who beat Angola 65-46 in the other Semi-Final - are set to play in the decider for the fifth time in the last sixth editions of the tournament. Two years ago, Mali beat Egypt 70-60 in the Championship Game also in Cairo. With the wins, both Egypt and Mali secured the tickets on offer for African teams for next year's FIBA U19 Women's World Championship. The first Semi-Final between Egypt and Mozambique looked like it would be a close one with the score tied at 12 to end the first quarter. With their fans cheering them on, the Pharaohs took control and went to the locker room with a 24-17 lead. Eventually, the Egyptians proved too much for Mozambique, particularly in the painted area where they scored 42 of their 66 points. And turning the ball over 15 times didn't do any favours to Mozambique. In addition to a tremendous team effort, the Egyptians made the most of the shooting accuracy displayed by Rana Abdelfattah and Meral Abdelgawad. They were the only two players to score in double digits and combined for 29 Egypt points. Madina Camara led Mozambique with a team-best 14 points. Mozambique and Angola will face off in Sunday's 3rd-Place Game. Meanwhile, in the Classification Games 5-8 played early in the day, Tunisiabeat Algeria 47-43, while Madagascar saw off Uganda 65-38. Tunisia and Madagascar will square off to determine 5th place, with Algeria and Uganda to battle for 7th place. 2016 FIBA Africa U18 Women's Championship - Saturday's results: Semi-Finals Egypt v Mozambique: 66-33 Mali v Angola: 65-46 Classification Games 5-8 Algeria v Tunisia: 43-47 Uganda v Madagascar: 38-65
