Tournament hosts Egypt, reigning champions Mali, along with Angola and Mozambique on Friday all advanced to the Semi-Finals of the 2016 #FIBAU18Africa Women's championship.
Mali became the first team to secure a place in the Last Four with a comfortable defeat of Algeria, 83-20.
Algeria never gave Mali much trouble as the North Africans trailed 49-12 at the half.
Salimatou Kouroma led Mali with a game-high 16 points, while Souhila Chaouche Kaci led Algeria with 7 points a 11 rebounds.
The Algerians are yet to secure their first win after four games in the competition.
It is the Malians' sixth consecutive Semi-Finals appearance and they will take on Angola who beat Tunisia, 50-40.
The Angolans survived some tough competition to reach the Semi-Finals for the first time since 2004.
The Tunisians cut the deficit to 42-40 with 3:46 left to play but could not capitalise on Angola's 20 turnovers.
Tunisia's Marwa Shili led all scorers with 15 points while Valeriana Cacolamaposted a team-best 13 points for the Angolans.
Hosts Egypt comfortably beat Uganda, 67-25, to set up a Semi-Final clash against Mozambique, who were 59-39 winners over Madagascar.
