Today is Design*Sponge's 12th birthday and for the first time ever, I'm taking a day to stop and soak it all in. This website has been the home and safe space I needed over the years to find my voice, figure out what was important to me in life and to continually learn how to push myself harder and to try to do better- and to do more good- every day. Thank you to everyone who has been along for this ride with us over 12 years and over 17,000 posts. I am so proud of our team and of the community that we're a part of- I can't think of a better place to be every day. I'm taking a little walk down memory lane this morning with all of our old website designs (Oh how I miss those ribbons!) and wanted to say thank you not just to the amazing writers and creatives who have been a part of our family since the beginning, but to all of you who have stopped by, joined the conversation and encouraged us over the years. Thank you. Thank you for your support, your friendship, your encouragement and your continued conversation.
