Showing off the stems... I've trained legs twice a week for the past 3 years. I have a "heavy" leg day with compound movements such as squats/leg press/deadlifts with low reps and a "light" isolation leg day working on single-legged squats, single-legged hip thrusters, and step ups with more reps to build up these bad boys.
