UPDATE: $380 pledges & FOSTER OFFER! ??This is a repost for Jessica whose head still hangs low. ?This shy girl is so sweet and just needs time to warm up. You can see how she wanted to come over to me and was wagging her tail but wasn't sure at first. I am worried for her. She needs a family or a foster & rescue ASAP. The shelter is full!

I met her once before, and she came alive when I started playing with her. This time, even when I pet her, she didn't move from her spot. Shelter life is wearing on her, and she has no interest. She is young and friendly and needs a home ASAP.
