This hurts my heart. I am sure there's a beautiful cream coat of hair underneath all of that dirt and grime. It makes me so sad to think of how long Kiwi has been living on the streets to be in this condition. She is an 8 year old #poodle who was found as a stray on 8/17. She appears to have a microchip, because she is being held until 8/28. No one has come for her after a week like this. The groomers come once a week, and they have so many dogs to care for that they haven't been able to get to her yet. :( She was so calm, quiet and just looked really sad. She needs a family or a foster & rescue if her owners don't claim her. Poor baby! ?
