Sweet Sammy, safe and sound! ❤️ Thankfully, we made it home before the thunderstorm, and I'm extra grateful that Sammy isn't spending this rainy day huddled under someone's bicycle back at block 30. ❤️ Thank you again to K.M., who went above and beyond to help us both, and for practically holding my hand throughout the afternoon (ie. the missed ride home, spoiled phone episode and near meltdown!!). ❤️❤️❤️ By the way, the cardboard box you see is his temporary litterbox... I'll buy a proper one for him later. And, when PayPal transfers the donations to my account, I'll set up the vet checkup for him. Now, I'm off to give him some lunch!
