Wednesday: Braaibroodjies, a staple of South Africa #?? with cold brew rooibos tea from Cederberg ?? These barbecued toasties are filled with mature cheddar, white onion, Taste the Difference Sirloin steak from @sainsburys and finished with pickles, chutney and tomato. Pretty much any excuse to play with my new BBQ/Smoker!

A braai, meaning 'to grill' is more than just a BBQ in South Africa. It's so important that they even have a National Heritage Day (also known as National Braai Day) dedicated to it on the 24th Sept!
