Wednesday: Coddled eggs with salmon, capers, dill, toast and lemon. Washed down with a cup of Second Flush Muscatel Darjeeling tea, that means it's the second harvest of the year, usually around June/July producing a darker, richer tea than the first, different seasons bring out different flavours but everyone will have their favourite ?
