The Olympic All-Around Final....it was the final I always dreamed of to be part of someday..only the very best gymnasts in the world..Today I felt so proud and thankful to be one of them, and to experience this with my best coach and dad in the world..
I had a rough start, after 10 seconds I fell off the beam, never expected this to happen on my best apparatus..I was really disappointed in myself, because I knew I could do so much better..
But in my head, a voice said-again: Don't give up now...the voice that said it to me so many times during the long road towards these Games..The voice who has always been stronger than the weaker one, who always saved me during hard times...I told myself I deserved it to make it a better final, so I was determined to be the best I could be at the 3 other rotations..My dad always coached me to be a fighter..so he was there for me again, to fight together for what we have been working for..I gave everything I got..my floor, vault en bars were very good, so I'm really satisfied with that...Thank you dad, for all things we have been going through to get so far..I hope I made you proud... I will cherish this moment forever...❤
