It's been awhile since I took this pretty yellow Aurora Ipsilon (freshly inked with KWZ Old Gold, available at @justvanness) for a ride and I'm especially enjoying it now that the nib has been tuned and rounded out by none other than @thenibsmith. I can be pretty hard on my pens and I'm glad I know someone trustworthy who can make them write good as new. Fine tuning and regular maintenance is essential in preserving the life span and integrity of any beautiful instrument. ? •
I had several lovely folks at the #dcpenshow2016 ask about the leather cover featured in the photo above. It's handcrafted by @galen_leather and is their A6 Hobonichi Cover in dark brown leather. The double pen case is also from @galen_leather too. I love the contrast stitching and their craftsmanship and leather itself is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s. Highly recommend. ? •
