Photo by @jaydickmanphoto In Iceland on the island of Vigur during a recent National Geographic Expedition, I was on the trip as the National Geographic expert. We'd stopped on Vigur to explore the beauty and wildlife of that beautiful place. Puffin nest on Vigur, this hungry bird had landed a few feet from me as I waited to watch and photograph these wonderful birds. With a beak full of Sand eels, this puffin made a nice portrait.
