Don't forget to stretch!! Today I was feeling a little tired so I just did a light cardio session (20 mins on the bike) followed by a good 15 min stretch. Stretching helps to ensure correct posture which for me, being sat down driving an 80 mile round trip to work daily is a must.
It's apparently been proven to help increase blood flow to the muscles too which reduces soreness and supposedly helps to speed up recovery from injuries.
Stress wise, I find just Spending around 5 minutes stretching each day can give me a mental break and my body a chance to recharge. I am by NO means a yogi ? but above is a little stretch routine I love to do 3x round, esp after training my hamstrings ?? #namastebitches
