Another go to exercise for my Glutes and Hamstrings is Rack Pulls. I perform these with my toes elevated to force more load through my heels. This works my posterior chain that little bit harder. ?? Don't forget to squeeze your Glutes at the top ? Remember every exercise has a purpose.
