I am so incredibly hyped to begin filming my home fitness programme today! After qualifying as a personal trainer I've made it my aim to help people to get fit and feel good about their bodies whilst improving health and living longer! I'm a real girl, a single parent, a busy woman and scrawny prawn, too embarrassed to step into a gym after giving birth and too busy with zero childcare to spend any time outside my home on a regular basis. So let's get fit together from home, with no equipment, no mirrors and nobody to judge you. Just you and I getting hot and sweaty and uncovering the body of your dreams as I have mine. I'm programme writing, filming, editing and voice over-ing the entire thing, no magic wand, no production agency or hard sales, just me and my camera and the enthusiasm and honesty I've always had for everything I do.
