French photographer Jérôme Sessini graduated to become a full Magnum member this year.
He has covered events across the globe, from Iraq to Ukraine, where he has documented the civil war during the last two years. During 2012-2013, Sessini covered the ongoing conflict in Syria, where this photo was taken.
