Salad ingredients: English cucumber, red pepper, yellow pepper, celery stalk, grape tomatoes, sweet onion, parsley, basil, kalamata olives and goat #feta.
Vinaigrette:
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over salad just before serving.
