Sour cherry season is almost over! Go out and get the last of them. Tip: Freeze them so you can have pies all winter. To freeze properly, pit them, then freeze on a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag and store for all your future baking needs. Photo by @sarahcarey1
