|rehab| this exercise, even though it may look subtle and easy, is kicking my butt!!! The bosu ball is amazing..and this exercise is really pinpointing back/core strength and stability! If you want to make this more challenging you can hold one of your legs up ????
I like to hold planks on the bosu ball while lifting alternating legs, so I can also activate my glutes and hammys #gettingstrongereveryday @powersystems
