AMAZING BASKETBALL TRICK SHOTS - 2012

This video was something that evolved from us joking around with @チャーリー・ホワイト.
The idea of a highly unrealistic basketball trick shots video set to the music from Space Jam cracked us up, so at Champs Camp in 2012, we made one!

The edits and shots for this video were designed to be "good", but FAR from perfect because the more ridiculous and physically improbable the shot, the harder we laughed.

Unfortunately, we had to turn the comments off for this video on YouTube because a lot of guys age 9-30 could only comment "FAKE." As if that wasn't obvious enough... I guess our humor is too high brow for some.
We wanted to come up with an extended sequence where Alex threw the ball from outside the World Arena, hoping for it to go into a basket at the Olympic Training Center (5 miles away)... only to dramatically miss.
We had a lot of fun building the suspense but then somehow botched the continuity because Alex appeared in the shot where a crowd of skaters awaits the ball's arrival at the basket... In different clothes... Because it was shot on a different day. ?
Rookie mistake, but we think it only makes the video funnier.
