So my hip held out today! ?? Tomorrow morning may be a different story but the main thing Is, I did it! I know to some it's no biggie but I've been putting off Thai boxing again for SO long in fear of getting injured and being in pain like that again. Its pathetic really. If in life you ever take a knock back, stand up, dust if off and carry on. In your line of work, your relationships, your training, anything! Don't underestimate yourself. I wish I'd have had the confidence to go back sooner as I've been buzzing all afternoon all because of 1hr of kicking ass! ??
