Dear friends and fans, in the past years we went through some amazing seasons together. We have worked hard and made many sacrifices, but we also had great satisfactions and successes. Being a team has always been are greatest strength!
However, someday our life paths took unexpected directions and we came to realize that our journeys and our goals have diverged. Because of that, we are sad to announce the end of our partnership.
After an intense and difficult time off spent thinking, Federica has decided to conclude her sports career and to begin a new chapter of her life, dedicating herself to her studies and to many other projects outside the figure skating world.
Lukas, despite Federica’s decision, chose to pursue his career as an ice dancer and is currently looking for a new partner.
During our partnership we have achieved important goals and we have written Slovak history in figure skating. We have been National Champions from 2011, we’ve stepped on the podiums of many ISU international competitions, we took part in two editions of the Universiadi Games conquering the bronze medal in Granada, we participated in two Gran Prix, in four Europeans and five World Championships.
We wanted to tell stories on the ice and our greatest purpose has always been expressing something to the audience. We hope we made it!
We would like to thank all the coaches that have been working with us all these years: Roberto Pelizzola, Corrado Giordani, Barbara Riboldi, Paola Mezzadri, Nicoletta Lunghi and Mirco Botta.
A special thank you goes to the Slovak Federation, to our club in Bratislava and to the Slovak judges; they made our journey possible.
