After running a 4.07 1500m last week I was hoping for another good time in yesterdays race in Birmingham but unfortunately it didn't go as well as I was hoping for. It was very windy and I didn't run it very even at all so that didn't help but no excuses it just wanted a good race by me, but lots I can take from it and I definitely believe the tough ones make you appreciate the good ones more and is part of the journey! Well done to @zoegbuckman for the win! Looking forward to getting back to my main distance the 800s again! Next up Belgium!
