? RECIPE?
1 can of full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp of @Your Tea matcha powder
1 cup of vanilla coconut milk
2 fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup of maple or agave syrup
1/4 tsp of guar gum

?METHOD?
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until mixture is smooth.
2. Pour it into a freezer safe container and after two hours take out of the freezer and put it in your icecream machine until firm.
3. Pop back into the freezer for 3-6 hours or overnight. And enjoy!?
