? Yum, crickets. When we bring @amphibianrescue frogs into the rescue pods, we have a whole menu of insect entrees for them: springtails, fruit flies, crickets (shown here), woodlice, super worms and even cockroaches. We also provide a calcium-packed treat in the form of a crustacean called woodlice. But to have the food readily available means that our frog biologists have had to learn to breed and rear these insect species—adding an eclectic skill to our scientists’ resumes!
