Yoga buddy came to class with me today and he loved it! Talked half the class and slept the rest ???? We worked on Natarajasana aka dancers pose which is so very difficult for me. My back just isn't that flexible, not to mention I haven't done this pose since before I got pregnant. So I loved using the strap today in class because it helped me align myself and go further than I have in a loooong time.
