#GratiTuesday In a world that's currently fighting so many battles; when things feel scary even though I honestly believe love will always win, and good will always trump the darkness, I am especially grateful today.

I'm grateful for freedom, love, celebration, and perseverance. For everyone who has fought tooth and nail for equality. For justice. For the citizens who marched, the cops who came to keep us safe, and the neighbors who danced as if our lives depended on it through Pride in NYC this weekend. To all the fans and new friends I met, and the best friends I went with.

I am grateful for everyone who has attended any pride celebration, accepted or not, anywhere in the world. Your community is my community. I stand with you, as an ally in love.
