The amazing @rawpantry keeps the #MatchaMayhem going with these beautiful Raw Lemon Coconut Balls! ? Even better, she was kind enough to share the recipe:
+ 1cup cashews (blended until finely chopped)
+ 1/2cup Shredded Coconut
+ 1/4cup Maple Syrup
+ 1/4cup Coconut Oil
+ Juice and Zest of ONE lemon
? Add to cashews blend until it forms a dough (add water by the tablespoon of mixture is too dry) Freeze for 20mins, remove, roll into balls sprinkle with Coconut and @Your Tea Matcha! ?
