@ケイト・アプトン crushes some contrast training with eight heavy landmine squats followed immediately by eight squat jumps with the rings. Strong! This is a great pairing that smokes the legs and glutes while also jacking the heart rate up like crazy. Kate makes it look easy but trust me, it's not.
