@ケイト・アプトン crushes a heavy hip thrust "countdown". Strong!! Start with five reps followed by a five-second iso hold at the top. Then do four reps followed by a four-second hold, then three, then two, then one, for a total of 15 reps. These are brutal and the burn is intense, but Kate does a great job. Harley, however, is not impressed. ???
