#MealPrepping today? Loving this combo from @jo.the.vegan for RAINBOW RICE BOWLS. Rice sprinkled with black sesame seeds, red bell peppers (chopped), carrots (boiled and chopped into quarters), mung sprouts (blanched), tofu (cubed and panfried with half tbsp olive oil), cucumbers (chopped into quarters), purple cabbage (chopped and blanched), and brown mushrooms (boiled and chopped into quarters) drizzled with a sesame-soy sauce (1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp white rice vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp ground garlic, water to thin). #vegan #whatveganseat #mealplanning #mealprep
