@mattiecakesssss (-69kg, USA) doing some light training 2 days out from competing at the 2016 Pan Ams. She worked up to 80kg/176lb power snatch, 100kg/220lb power clean and jerk and then squatted up to 150kg/330lb for a bunch of singles. Two days later she competed and took silver -- the highest placement of any female from USA/Canada. She also placed in 8th overall in the meet by Sinclair. And she's wearing black crew socks from @hookgripstore!
