#TBT to opening day at @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー last June, when we welcomed hundreds of the happiest, sweetest guests through our front doors. Opening a shop in Tokyo was always a dream of mine, and just about one year ago, it finally came true. Thank you to everyone who has made this into a reality for us, from our incredible cooks to friendliest front-of-house team, to guests who've visited our little Omotesando bakery from all over the world. We turn 1 year old this week, so we're throwing a birthday party on SATURDAY, June 18th for all of our friends, neighbors and guests.
