Bravo and felicitation to Mr. Chocolate @jacquestorres on being awarded France's highest honor, the Légion d'Honneur. I met Jacques shortly after getting to New York, and he has always been one of the kindest and supportive chefs. He's also the youngest ever MOF, soon to be proud papa, and today's his birthday too.
