I have and always will view fitness as a LIFESTYLE because I know what it genuinely does for me physically, but most of all mentally. I started my journey wanting to help girls that were in my situation. LOST, NO CONFIDENCE AND DEPRESSED, to help them on their own journeys and let them know that it's ok to NOT BE PERFECT, NOT ALWAYS BE MOTIVATED AND TO MAKE MISTAKES. Because this is the only way to learn who you truly are. ALL THE DOWNS. It's what molds our character to show us who we actually are and our true strength.

But social media has become a place of "perfect images" that don't really exist. More than ever lately I see too many girls using steroids and getting surgeries to match this "perfect image" and it saddens me. Even all the negativity that goes on in the fitness industry now. Fighting, holding grudges and envy because "so and so" is doing this or doing that. But we must remember as Fitness IG role models that people look up to us and its not about perfection! There is no such thing! It's about being yourself and BEING THE BEST YOU!
