Her recipe:
You need 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, 1/2 cup rice mylk, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 sachet @Your Tea matcha tea powder ? 1 tbsp chia seeds + lemon juice amd agave syrup, how much as you like! Soak 2 hours or overnight. Blend 1/2 mango, 1/2 banana, vanilla extrakt & 1/2 lemon. Pour in a bowl and garnish with mango swirl, grapes, more mangos and roasted pumpkin seeds!! ?
Delicious!?This makes a perfect breakfast too as matcha is high in antioxidants, boosts energy & concentration and can help alleviate stress - all perfect for starting the day with! ?
