Wholey spelts!! This time I made them with whey I'm freezing every time after I make farmers cheese. The flavour is so amazing that I want to make this bread all over again. Still need to figure out how to put more air into this bread. This fermentation feels a little slow, probably honey makes that, but it wouldn't be that fun if it was easy ;)
